One foot in front of the other...

I actually got up this morning at 6:30 and went to Curves. Only because I saw a church member's name on the board at Curves last time I was there, and yesterday I decided to ask if she went. She did, so I told her we might see each other there. Then we eventually settled on meeting there today @ 7 am. It was a neat time. It's almost too fun to be exercise.

The diet is very hard for me to stick to, but it's better for me to try it and fail than to go ahead and eat bad all the time.
